1. Are cookies used at TrackMates?
Yes, TrackMates uses cookies to track your active session id only. No other information is stored in the cookie. Please be sure that TrackMates cookies are not blocked or you will not be able to log in and use your control panel.

2. Do I have to pay to use this site?
Services such as registration and searching for member profiles are free to use. Individuals that register for membership will also have access to all messageing, chat and video services of the TrackMates web site.

3. Will my identity be revealed to others?
TrackMates will always protect your privacy. See the privacy policy for details. In addition, individuals (visitors or members) cannot get your personal information. Your real name and email address are not displayed in your profile. TrackMates has a unique messaging system that enables you to send messages back and forth to other members, much like the email messages you're used to already. The exception is that 1) no email address is ever used to send your message and 2) you must be logged into your TrackMates control panel to read messages sent to you. Free members can read any messages sent to them as free members. Sending of messages is limited to paid members. If you reveal your name, contact information or any other personal details about yourself, choose to meet an individual, you take responsibility for doing so. TrackMates will never show your personal information to other members.

7. I think I have registered but don't remember my password. What can I do?
Go to the Forgot Your Password form. Give us the email address you used to register your membership with. We will send your login and password to the email address on file. If you don't remember your login, send an email to the TrackMates webmaster. We will verify your personal information and if all is OK, email your login and password info.
